Susan is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker who is the newest addition to the Greenthal Team. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors. Through countless hours of continuing education, Susan has earned the following designations – GREEN, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified EcoBroker, Certified Buyers Representative, and Certified Short Sales Representative.  She believes that it is very important to always be educating yourself.      

As a life long resident of Long Island, Susan graduated from Cold Spring Harbor High School and went on to Johnson and Wales University.  She graduated from JWU with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management as well as Sports/Entertainment/Event Management. After graduation, Susan worked for the New York Mets Baseball Team in their Community Group Sales Department for. three seasons.  Upon mastering the sports world she decided it was time to go into her family’s business of Real Estate.   

Susan brings a “Generation X” way of thinking to the office, which helps look at the Real Estate industry in a whole new light.  Her specialties include finding new and innovative marketing ideas, as well as, cutting edge technology features for the ever changing Real Estate Industry.  Some of the tools Susan has brought over to Greenthal are emphasizing the “Greener” aspects in real estate, marketing on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter and giving a younger prospective on what today’s generation of buyers are looking for in Real Estate
