Susan is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors.  Susan joined Charles H. Greenthal Property Sales last year and has found this to be a very rewarding career move.  As Office Manager it is her responsibility to stay up to date with all of the rules, regulations, and changing market information by attending Real Estate continuing education classes, conventions and conferences in the metropolitan area.  In addition to keeping current with today’s real estate market, Susan also focuses on customer service as a main priority being that she is the one who greets you in the Sales Office at North Shore Towers. 

When Susan is not managing the office she is focusing on managing her clients and customers.  She specializes in the sale of Cooperatives, Condominiums, Residential and Commercial properties in the areas including, but not limited to, Floral Park, Bellerose, Glen Oaks, New Hyde Park and Garden City Park.  During the course of her career, Susan has worked for and with many attorneys and can expedite a real estate transaction from contract to closing smoothly.  Susan’s husband, Gary, is a licensed New York City Contractor and they work hand in hand whenever Gary’s services are needed for a transaction - whether it is before, during or after the sale/purchase of a home.
