I live in an upper west side rental. Been there over 30 years. Seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood and the building I reside in.by far the best manager of the rental units is Charles H Greenthal. And there have been a few before them. I had signed a new lease and requested a paint job. The building is old and my walls were not in great shape. They sent the most amazing crew. Ever professional. Clean best best job.
